River Sage Revival was awarded 1.1 million dollars through the PATH CITED Round 4 Grant from the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) -- a milestone that reflects the trust placed in our team and the communities we serve.
-
We are proud to have received PAVE approval, meaning we are now an officially enrolled Medi-Cal provider, able to deliver and bill for Enhanced Care Management, Community Supports, and Community Health Worker services across our service region.
-
We are growing with intention. Our team is fully hired and rooted in the very communities we serve -- from Tehachapi, Ridgecrest, and Onyx to Lake Isabella and Mammoth. We are taking a slow, deliberate approach to onboarding clients because the systems we build must honor the people they serve. We are not being driven by pressure to bill -- we are being driven by integrity.
-
We are grateful for the partners walking alongside us: Women's Small Business Association of Bakersfield for business consulting and financial guidance, Cedar Path Advisory for organizational and compliance support, and Access Plus Capital for CDFI business loan support that is helping bridge the gap while our grant funding comes online.

New programs and services have launched. River Sage Revival offers both clinical and non-clinical pathways because we know one size does not fit all. Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports are non-clinical services -- think of them as bridge services that connect you to resources, wrap around you with support, and meet you exactly where you are, no therapy required. For those who are ready for therapy but have struggled to find someone who takes their insurance, works within their budget, or simply feels approachable and real -- we have that too. No bougie waiting rooms, no gatekeeping. Just honest, qualified care for people who deserve it. We are currently offering limited services as we train and onboard our growing team -- we appreciate your grace as we build this right. Visit our Services page to learn more and get started.

The Saturday Night Market is evolving. After listening to our communities, we heard you -- you wanted us closer to home. We are taking our gatherings on the road and bringing the revival directly to you. Coming to Onyx/Weldon, Lake Isabella/Bodfish, Mt. Mesa/South Lake, Tehachapi, Lone Pine/Independence, Big Pine, Bishop/Mammoth, Ridgecrest/Inyokern, Trona, and Boron -- think picnics, games, activities, music, and movies under the open sky. We are actively securing locations in each community and cannot wait to show up for you. Stay tuned.
